Liz creates unique, hand-built pottery using techniques that she has developed over years of fun working with the glorious medium of mud.

 

She designs and carves intricate images that she embosses into the clay adding depth and texture to her work. Each piece is hand painted with a variety of ceramic stains, slips, and washes to enhance the visual imagery.

 

Liz is strongly influenced by her British background, her love of nature, and a fascination with symbolic imagery that spans time from the ancient Celts to the modern day.
